Bring the turbo up to the speeds it's designed to operate at (100,000RPM) and it might be more interesting. That would need an intercooler, as compressing air tends to warm it up a bit. Provide an expansion valve at the end of the intercooler to allow the compressed air to come back down to normal pressure. As the air is decompressed, it should cool down below ambient temperature.

Technically possible, but limited practical application. Would probably be expensive and noisy, and an aircon unit would be easier to use.
