Memory will clock up a bit, but not that much. Your DDR speed is quite good as it is. I got the info from what I know about Nvidia cores, and the technical information you pasted above. Its an interesting card indeed.

450 would be about average, and with some luck, a bit of cooling, and possibly a volt mod, 500+ is possible. Ive seen NV42s on water into the 600Mhz range easily.
