Yea, you have an NV42, so overclocking should be great on that card.
Push the core clockspeed as high as possible that is stable, it should be 420+Mhz, then push the memory as high as possible.
Download the latest TweaksRUs Xtreme-G drivers from AOAFiles, and they include the "coolbits" overclocking option in the driver advanced settings. Thats the easiest method for a beginner.
