| I dont think any intel chipset based motherboards support sli (at least officially) so you'll be outta luck there. The main thing missing is the joining connector for one.
That and nvidia are actively blocking its use in there drivers.
Its crossfire that the p5b supports, it will work but due to the second card only haveing a 4x link it will struggle compared to the dual 8x link of its bigger brother the p5w
