I am New To This I Am Willing Try Almost Anything To Get My AMD Working Properly !

Windows XP PRO
I Have Been Down To Many Times And ASUS Sticks By There Is Nothing
Wrong Acording to Them . I had a Bios Chip Sent In For Latest Update.
Still Not AS Smooth As I Was Led To Believe Before I Purchased One .
My CPU Will LOCK AT 100% Load .I Should Be Able To Run More Than
2 Programs (Email&Support Services) Shoud Not Be a Problem For System Like This ! I Really Would Be Gratefull For A Little Advice
