Would indicate that your card is somewhat unstable. Try using ATITool's stability check to see if your card is artifacting at stock, and also check your temperatures. After this amount of time, 6600/6800 cards are getting full of dust and the goop is crusting. I pulled my 6800GT for a dust busting and regoop a couple of months ago after the temps creeped up a bit, made a fair bit of difference.
