| Some downfalls of this device is that it is not 3G compatible, does not have wireless itunes downloads, you cannot add software, you only get what apple dictates, you cannot remove the battery either. Also in order to get one, you have to sign a 2 year contract, and it only works with one carrier. Not such a great deal if you ask me. It does not compete with smartphones at all.
