Instead of a traditional window mod, I am planning on making the entire side of may case from plexi and then masking and painting it to imitate the effect of having multiple windows. I did something like this inside my case. I cut plexi to fit in the bottom and the area beside my motherboard and then painted the back side black. This basically made a black mirror.

I will see if I can move the project up a little...
