What model is it?

The part number will be something like this:

WDXXXXYY

There will be 3 or 4 numbers in place of the X's and two letters in place of the Y's. Your X's will either be "200" or "2000" as they designate the storage capacity. But I'm more interested in the Y's, they designate which drive family the part belongs to, how many RPMs how much cache, seek times, reliability figures, ect.

BTW, Western Digital drives come with a 3 year manufacturer warentee, and they are very good about honoring the warentee.
