Lower it further. Try 266 fsb. I suspect the problem will go away. I have an S3 and a DS3. Both seem to have an internal trip that is very sensitive to overclocks. I've dropped my
OC on one to 2.7 to get around this boot issue, for now.
I read somewhere a new bios helps, and MCH +.1v too. Not confirmed.
