| Has anyone tried yusing cast acrylic instead of plain-old plexi? You can mask it off, and sand blast a design into it. (You have to use REALLY mean sand) To mask it, just cover the whole sheet in wide masking tape. A couple layers would be advised. Then cut ou your design with a razor.
