Installed Fedora 8 on the office server today (Intel P35, Q6600, 4GB
ram, 1.5TB hard disk). All went sweet. Unlike Ubuntu, Xen actually works under F8, and I was able to get some guest OSen running on top of it quite nicely.
On a side note, The Planet are arseholes, and want $270/month for 8GB of
ram on a server, and... wait for it... $760/month for 16GB. That isn't a one time deal, thats EVERY MONTH. And thats on a server that costs ~$300/month on its own.
