| Those won't work for PATA DVD slim drives because they don't have the same port as a 2.5 hard-drive.
I saw those too on new egg.
If the DVD drive had that 40 pin port then the adapter would be perfect, but you know how the drive is supposed to slide in the laptop and plug right in without cables...
