It's a Mammoth ST RTR. Nice little fast sucker. I've done a couple of slight mods too it. Like add a new set of street tires and new gears in the tranny as well as the main drive. (check out the pic)
Like all hobby's they are fun, but expensive. You can see my other thread about it here.

And to answer your question it's a 24.7 engine.
