Undervolting will not hurt anything. Some people do it just to save power and reduce heat for a silent pc. The worst that could happen is reduced stability. Let your cpu run at that voltage for a bit then try backing it off a little at a time and then torture test. Try to get the lowest stable voltage. Great job BTW...
