| "Homeless veteran, will work for food" said the tattered cardboard sign held by the tattered yet still standing tall man at the traffic light. Do you ever give him money? I do. Am I foolish in doing this? Sometimes, yes. But the sign often tells a true story and I feel duty bound to alleviate the misery in at least a small way.
