| Make sure that you set all of the memory to run CL3 (the BIOS should do this anyway).
Also, bear in mind that XP can only address 2 GiB of memory unless you fiddle with things. Even then, XP can only address a max of 3 GiB of memory. If you want to use more than that, you've got to go to XP64 or Vista64.
