There's a program called "Unlocker", have a google for it, download and install it. Make sure you choose to add an explorer extension when asked. Locate the file that's "Locked", right click it and select "Unlocker" or the option that's worded similar to that. In the new dialog that opens, click "Unlock" or alternitavely, "Kill all", although kill all could end up causing a BSOD or "Windows will shutdown in 60 seconds" message. Delete the file before the computer reboots, then make sure you actually reboot the computer.

Ah, i hate heroic MgT, the trash is just bleh whereas the bosses aren't too bad. As for illidan, second kill happened tonight before reset, and well, Offhand Glaive dropped! I wasn't there but one of the warriors got it and is now trying to get GM help to transfer it to one of the rogues in the guild. I don't know why either, but he sure is nice.
