I asked Weldzilla what air cooler he was using to get his 4+Ghz overclock on the 8400 and still have it running cool & this is what he told me...

I like how the fan is sandwiched inbetween the cooling fins which gives it a push/pull config on the airflow & this way the fan wouldn't be in the way of anything either, but it would be harder to clean...
