| In a Simpson's episode King Kong, uh, King Homer invades a neighboring sound stage and eats a Shirley Temple (Black) lookalike. I cried rivers, not exactly. My laughter was heard for yards, call me twisted but I hate S. T. Why? The degree of mania, in aid of lifting the average schmoe's spirits, expected from actors during the Great Depression was beyond insulting. But why take my ire out on Shirley Temple? Why not?
