This is the top of the reservoir with the Window that will support it's weight installed, and the cap we made out of 3/4" Acrylic plate. I lapped the cap. The matte finnish glows brighter than shiny, and the cap is going to get scratched, it's only a matter of time in that one.

I can't fully assemble the reservoir. I'm waiting on a .703 drill for the 1/2 NPT tap for the fittings.

the two pieces in this picture are seperated by a .235 thick piece of 5" dia. 1/4" wall acrylic tube. They are held to each other with 6-32 stainless threaded rod, with 2 (smashed) .050 thick rubber washers, and a .200" long .375 dia aluminum spacer, terminating in Stainless washers and acorn nuts on either side. The cap is supposed to have an o-ring on it, but the ones I bought are slightly too big. I have more on the way that will work.

The window is bronze polycarbonate, the reservoir top is blue uv reactive acrylic. I have a 5 led light under the cap in the pic.

The fan ducts will be anchored the same way.

This might explain why this is taking so damn long.
