AMD cries because INtel takes the market and tries to keep itself in the market by keeping itself on OEM pc's yay (tactics might not be fair or just but hey its a corporate world)!!

And why 2005 when clearly AMD's market during Q4 went up.

Just seems like AMD has lost ground on both the graphics market to Nvidia and to Intel on the Processor market and are trying to sue to keep a float.

EDIT. On FURTHER googling i find everyone tries to sue intel for everything

Intel sued over 'dual-core' branding, While it has targeted the largest chipmaker that uses the "dual-core" description, other suppliers, such as AMD, Sun and IBM, sell similar products. At the time of this writing, DualCor said it could not say if it would pursue any other manufacturers.

IMHO just companies going broke trying to get their hands in the big mans wallet
. We all know AMD HAD the market and better CPU's but now they lost the battle with there easy bake oven lineup they call Phenom. They should have a baking add-on for their cpu's so you can bake brownies as you game to conserve energy and to keep the nerds from having to get up to cook.
