I went to Red Lobster "once" about 15yrs ago.I know exactly what you're talking about. I'm from the coastal NW where seafood is plentiful and good and as for chain seafood places, not many are very good. A few are, Anthony's Home Port comes to mind, but any good Steak House is a good choice. Where there is good steak-there is good seafood.

That is usualy true anywhere in the country.
