You pretty much nailed my thought on me being comfortable on temps.
It's not so much what the specs say it will run at, so much as what I'm comfortable with.
The specs say my processor will run up to 140F.
But what I'm comfortable with is up to 130F or less under load.
Same goes for my graphics card...
