She pumping water.
Running a bit warmer than she should, but I didn't heat her up for 4 days after mounting the water block and I suspect I needs to reapply my thermal paste. I'm using arctic silver ceramique. Someone educate me on how to apply this sludge properly. I normally use much thinner, much more forgiving compound.
Her guts are spread across the desk, but even after a last minute leak, she survived the transformation.
Gigabyte's hose clamps that came with the hose are not stainless, so i had to remove them from the reservoir after they rusted and polluted my coolant. I evacuated the fouled water with a hose fed into the reservoir and down the heater core return line. the hose was attached to a mountain dew bottle. squeeze, uncap, let the siphon do the rest. I repeated this with fresh distilled water 3 times, then refilled and added 4 drops of iodine. Flushing the sytem is rather picey, as the system holds about 3 quarts. The
PSU gave me trouble after it's pruning, that's why it is in two pieces on the desk.
