| Ever long for the days when we had a system under law that treated people more fairly? And is pining for the past completely foolish? It might be, Senator Barack Obama voted in favor of stripping even more of our Fourth Amendment protection away, the one that says "your private papers and possessions are free from government snoops without a warrant") giving our hideous monster of a president even more latitude in invading your privacy via monitoring phone calls and email and giving the phone companies retroactive immunity from legal action on behalf of those violated. And coincidentally, getting itself, uh, himself off of the hook.
Way to go, Sen. Obama!
