Nintendo might not volunteer much information, but to do business in the US and Europe, some disclosures have to be made. Hence, this study is not "without data", as the BBC might somewhat misleadingly state. Nintendo do fail to state their policies in a number of areas, which is one of a number of reasons that they score badly, compared to other producers.
