For me, waiting for the flea market vendors to get me the bits and pieces takes the longest. I tend to use some strange parts in my more "epic" mods. Usually, you find these with the most awful vendors on the web, in extremely limited quantities. A week after they have your money, they begin to think about shipping your stuff.
