| Seems to be leftover pig trimmings, ground and added to flour, making an ersatz meatloaf of sorts. If you're raised on the stuff it's pretty good. If not it may be an acquired taste. Invented by the Pennsylvania Dutch, which was polite for Deutsch during confrontations with Germany.
