Post Results: Good & Bad...

First the Good:
1. Very good FPS & Improved graphics quality.
I tested it out on Crysis because the same company that made FarCry, also made Crysis.
I have an average of 40 FPS on High settings using Fraps to see during gameplay.

Now the Bad:
1. After installing the driver you have to reset the desktop color settings because it sets Digital Vibrance to 100%.
2. EVGA Precision OCing utility no longer has any fan control on your graphics card, so you card gets hotter when OCed. (screenshot)
I always OC my card when playing graphics intensive games.
Because I can't control the fan anymore I'm not keeping it installed, otherwise I would as I see no problems with my games.
Also in the desktop control panel there is an added area called "Set PhysX configuration". With my card it just gives me 2 options. Enabled or Disabled. (On or off)

Here's some screenshots (1400x960) of Crysis on medium & high using driver v180.42.
