The panel has been off for quite a while and I could mount it the way I wanted so I mounted it 180 degree's out so it would blow onto MCP & GPU.
I reversed it and that putt the fan on the bottom moving 1 1/4in from the top of he HS fins to the bottom! OOPS!
That could have been bad-relay bad. I've found it's difficult to work with material that has been cut out!
But I can remove some of the material just below the fan, and should be OK.

If I'm getting you correctly-you are in reference to the top front. There I've taken 3 bays and installed a 120mm Blue fan for exist. Layered blue wire holds cheese cloth. I still have three 5 1/2in bays to work with.
There is also the other HOD enclosure I could hang-4 more! of what? There is a BLK DVD Burner-a blk memery card reader/righter, and below that is a Blk fan enclosure for a 90mm.
