The only extra driver Mint needed after install was the Nvidia driver. I still haven't had time to poke around much-I need windows to do a lot of what I'm doing and it just takes to long to boot into mint and figure out how to do some thing when there are so many things to do.
Solution: I just installed it on the laptop- now Maybe I can break off for a little bit.
Each time i do something in it , i start to remember more.
This is nice and once I start to remember the basic Linux stuff, it will be a lot nicer. Gates might not get to order super-sized because of me. I might be moving over to Mint!
lots to learn and a lot to remember but Mint makes it a lot easier. If I could take some dedicated time, it wouldn't take very long at all.
