We have a sensor problem-not a cooling one. Installed the squirle Q and IDLE temps are 68c for CPU and 20c fore cores.
With 2 SMP clients running, and GPU, 79c CPU and 37c cores.
I'll check bios agian and post that.

EDIT: Bios temps are as follows,
System temp 44c - CPU is 27c
