The two steps you should take are 1) Buy a new and a better CPU
HSF, because 52'C is pretty hot. 2) Bump up Core Voltage bit by bit to get stablility, but watch those temps.
Sorry can't give you any recomendations on a cooler, I never owned a P4.... Just wait until another member reads this post!
