ICS defaults to using addresses in the 192.168.0.x range I'm afraid. It can be changed though - see
How to Change the IP Range for the ICS DHCP Service for more details.
Either that, or change the network address you use on your router. Personally, I'd change the network address to 192.168.x, where x is between 10 and 255, as it helps to defeat some of the cross site request forgery attacks against routers.
