System Unstable now? IDK why

hey guys i recently bought 2x512 sticks of OCZ el Platinum edition pc3200 ram and running it at 2-3-2-5 @ 2.7V. I use to be able to overclock my AMD 64 3200+ to 2.20ghz stable with m old crappy ram. Now with the new ram i have been trying to up the FSB and get some more performance out of it but when i do that my system doesn't even start up. I have the MSI K8t NEO motherboard and idk why it crashes now. if anyone had this same problem plz help me out.

Are you using the latest BIOS for the board? This sounds like a compatibilty issue.

The fact that the memory controller is on the CPU doesn't help with compatibilty.

There's definately some memory fixes in the newer BIOS releases.
