9NDA3J Epox Tech What's the Skinny on this 939 MB
Seen where Epox has this new EP-9NDA3J 939 pin motherboard and was wanting to know what Tech Man knew of this one & others who may know of it..
Do you know of any issues with this board ???
From what i can tell it does'nt come with the nice cable set like the 9NDA3 +
Also a difference in Raid control, which i shouldn't need anyway..

Is the J going to be a easier, more refined motherboard than the +

Also seems supply of aMD 3500 Winchester core 90nm chips has disappeared,, is this to move the inventory of the Newcastle or is AMD playing with a new big boy on the Scene like dell or gateway & channeling all those processors in that direction..

I dont fancy your chances of a reply, from Epox Tech. He seems very quiet indeed about the 9NDA3 series and its various issues...

That's a little distressing, jlccarv ..
Guess i'll hold up for awhile & let them sort through these troubles, or i could jump ship & go to the MSI Neo2 Platinum board..
Or do all the NForce 3 boards have problems ???

Do you or anyone have an opinion on the disappearance of the AMD 3500 90nm 939 pin processor...

Hi Gary. The place to ask and/or disscuss Non-Epox boards is our "Amd or Intel Motherboards and CPU's", rather than the Epox Topic. I can move this thread there if you like?

Hey Phyrexia !!! Either the people that do have it,, don't want to share their experiences; or there's just not too many on this forum that has it ..

Checked another forum and 1 person had his blow real quick, He got new 1 & says he won't part with it now !!!!

I thought that at least Epox Tech would inform us what the differences are,, besides not having ie 1394 and the nice cable set up..

Now i'd like to know which MB is more rock solid ,,, 9NDA3J OR THE 9NDA3+
IF THE 9NDA3+ LAN & OTHER PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED ????

WHILE I WAS GOOFING AROUND [sorting through MBs ] THE PRICE OF 939 90NM CHIPS HAVE BEEN PRICE GOUGED BY JUST ABOUT EVERYBODY !!!

Wish someone new when VENUS was going to announced,, might just wait !!!
