Update Win XP64

Hello, does perhaps anyone know how to update Win XP 64 version 1069 to a newer one (1289 i think)? If i try windows updates on microsoft i get an error. If anyone knows, please post the link for the update if possible. Thanks

i'm not sure if it actually will to be honest with it being a beta
you may need to just download the new iso and install that
