Sounds good, no setting differant ratios f you reach a 300mhz fsb but I bet it costs a bleeding fortune

Well compare the timings.
G.Skill 3-4-4-8 2T at 300Mhz
OCZ 2.5-4-4-10 ? at 300Mhz

If the OCZ is capable of 1T command rate @ 300Mhz with those latencies then it will outperform the G.Skill by a decent amount.

I'm contenplating the PDP PDC2G3200LLK from Monarch
2GB kit with timings of 2,3,2,5 1t at 200 (beats even Corsair's XMS line in timing settings).

Or maybe a pair of Crucial's BL12864Z503 (1GB PC4000 modules with 3-4-4-8 timings).

If you can split the difference between pure speed at low latency and increased size then you should be able to handle all kinds of apps faster then other configurations.

I'ld go with either a Low Latency 2GB kit of PC3200 or a high Latency 2GB kit of PC4000. As long as you can keep the command rate at 1T then you will outperform a dual 1GB kit that needs 2T timings due to 4 sticks of memory.

Just my thought on it.
