what do you mean by reclocked? theres 3 different versions of the beta bios now, ones for tccd, ones for bh-5 & utt etc and the other is an all rounder, im using the bh-5 one

Every new bios, regardless of board, that i have tried, has increased clocks. Before, it took 1.775 for me to get 2650 stable. i'm now @ 2.7 w/1.6.

My sempron is clocked 300mhz faster...

It's really strange, actually. I don't understand. You've got a DFI board tho, and they have benn pretty good thusfar. I just wonder how the power requirements for dualcore, and i think some bios support for those requirements, affect clocks....

Quote:
The AMD Athlon 64 X2 processor will be launched on the first day of Computex, the mammoth show that brings most of Taiwan's computer hardware, software, and technology industry face-to-face with technology buyers from around the world, the company said Friday. AMD has used Computex in prior years to launch new processors. If previous years are a guide, the processor will likely be accompanied by the introduction of compatible motherboards produced by Taiwanese companies.
and so it begins...
