Trouble with Sil3112A Driver

I've just installed the Sil 3112A 64 bit driver from here, as it's the only one I've been able to find (even with the power of google).

However, I had to force the installation of the driver (windows didn't want to know it), and it still comes back with an error - code #10, unable to start device. Now I know it's the correct hardware, and it worked ok under xp 32 bit. Does anyone have any sensible advice for me as this is the last device I haven't got working under XP64.
