New Mb and CPU 64Bit?

I just want more out of my system for gaming. I am not the best overclocker but still I do enjoy it. I am not giving up on my Epox system but I need more for my gaming and folding. I do not want to get a new Pci Vid card .Is there a good Mb and cpu that I can still use my Agp Vid card or better yet a Mb that has both? I really do not want to spend a ton of money but I do want to get a good overclock(I know who does not ) . Well looking for some input thanks. If you can send me links where to pick this stuff up if you can..

Are you bothered about it being 64bit? If not and you want a bargain then I'd recomend an S754 Sempron 2800+ and a DFI LanParty UT nF3 250Gb that should see you well to 2.4-2.6ghz and give you nearly the performance of the top A64's in 32bit stuff for a fraction of the price.

This way when you are ready to go for a new vid card you can go the whole hog to a pci-e board and dual core A64 without having already have laid out the cash for expensive parts now
