CPU/Motherboard combo.

Can anyone recommend a good 939/AGP motherboard to go with either a 3000+/3200+ venice cpu?, I want something that has good overclocking features, a good voltage range and good stability, I am not so bothered about the lan, onboard sound or multiple RAID controllers as I only use two drives and the pc will not be networked.
I have previously stuck with Abit boards, but I am not impressed with Uguru and want something that will deal with a higher htt.

The key to oc'ing any of the nf3 or nf4 boards is the memory. What chip does it use, and how much are you planning on running? That's where a lot of people make their mistake. With the memory the board likes, I would say either the dfi nf3 ultra-d or the epox 9nda3+.

The question is if you want AGP or PCI-E?
