Oh the joys of TPing the neighbor's trees. Who can forget the flaming bag of excrement? Such a classic will live on!

As the weather cools it brings to mind those glorious acts of mischief of yesteryear. Once upon a time, color Christmas lights that festooned shrubbery and tree in suburbia were largish, substantial pieces of glass. They made a most satisfying pop when irreverently dashed upon the street. The little plastic ones look OK, but are of no use to uncivilized little children. And puhlease, all white lights don't capture the spirit of the coming season. If you don't live in the snootiest part of town, treat us to some color, eh?

Why that's exactly how I started to quit! Now I'm 11 weeks out on 5 cigarettes...":O}
(been smoking under 5 for a day year or so...)

I'm also using (At Weldzillia's suggestion) Nicotine Polacrilex lozenge I use the generic walgreens. Best of luck! ":O}

I've given up the narcotics and drugs that make you go fast plus marihoochie and alcohol. For nineteen years, no lie. Cigarettes are killing me, I feel a good deal better at half of my former consumption. It's the worst addiction for me. They have to go, or I will!

You didn't come by this habit over night, don't expect to leave it behind without pain. As long as I can remember "It's suppose to hurt" I have little trouble maintaining my efforts. It's when I want to be comfortable while I quit that accounts for those 5 cigarettes in the last 11 weeks.

It also really helps to have a nicotine substitute. I'm @ 3 or a day which is minuscule... but it keeps the wolf away.":O}

My shrink is pushing the no smoking plan. Argh, sometimes I get negative about this! I have patches and gum handy, fortunately.

That communist is getting on my wick, I gotta tell ya! Counterproductive at the moment, digging in my heels 'cause I'm po'd at the plan he's pushing.

Then give him a plan you like better and tell him why...if he can't hear you, then what good is he? ":O}

I don't want to admit it, but one pack a day is a great stop smoking plan atm. Two packs really make me ill, one not so much. Sheeeite, resolve is wavering in the wind! And I must visit Mr Doctor "I never smoked, I'm smarter than that" tomorrow. Eep.
