| With the financial scene distorted by the crooks on Wall Street-thank goodness that we are all covering their thefts-schemes and scams abound. If it's too good to be true-run!

| A close friend was almost taken in by a 419. After I found out that he was on the hook, I told him "Dude, nobody in Nigeria wants to give you seven million dollars." He took the news poorly but finally manned up. Sheesh, he didn't even have the few hundred that the 419ers whittled him down to after over a year of trying. It's always everything!

| Honesty in big business and government is as rare as hen's teeth. A sad state of affairs. More people than not are honest. We are very tired of being lied to in more and more obvious ways. For many Progressives health care is Obama's last opportunity to show us that he's not a complete tool of the powerful. Carpe diem, Mr President.

| This may be the last chance to secure some of your nest egg by buying gold or silver at a 'reasonable' price. "They" say that the prices of both will rocket very soon. Gold is a very compact store of wealth, at ~$1004 per Troy ounce a lot will fit into a pocket. Some of "them" also remind us that the gummint may again confiscate privately held gold. Silver is bulky and heavy, and a lot cheaper. "Poor man's gold," too bad you need a mule for a lot of the stuff. I'm just saying.

| Have you seen the ships moored close to Singapore? Many of them, just swinging on the tide. Anyone know what the deal with the "Arctic Sea" is? Muy mysterioso, free flow of information it's not.

| Sooner or later oil will be history. Thank goodness we're advancing so strongly in the effort to replace the fossiliferous stuff with dancing daisy's, tra la la and suchlike!

| Most assuredly! But our rationalizations will be left to bury us...

| I figure that we crossed the line to extinction years before we knew it existed. Oh, the humanity! We surely picked the most interesting of times to live in. Maybe every generation says that?
