| grizzley tools are notorious junk...
if all you want to do is play around with waterblocks and small things like that there is really no point in getting a big old floor standing one.
If you buy something good, the bench model will do fine (read jet not ryobi or rigid).
if you want something that will kick ass look at powermatic.
