CPU burn in is rather easy.
Highest voltage you can (like 1.85

), LOWEST clock speed you can (set the bus and multiplier as low as you can and still boot into windows), then start a program that will keep your
cpu at 100% utilization. be sure the case stays relatively cool (the colder the better anyway

). Leave it running like this for a day or more if you can. This will not necessarily raise your ceiling for the
cpu but it will help the
cpu's efficiency, meaning you will be able to lower the voltage a tad at the clock speed you were running prior to burn in (again, this is in theory, and I have had some success with this). This also helps with increasing stability on bleeding edge overclocks.
