Todays the day I unlock my chip.

Im gonna be unlocking my 1600+. All I have to close is the L1 bridges right? Im gonna be filling the pits with crazy glue and using the rear window defogger repair kit to make the connection. This will give me all the multipliers?

yes...filling the gaps, and connecting the bridges will unlock the chip. i started using patching compuond (yes, the white stuff that you fix holes in walls) since it is reversible, unlike the crazy glue method. i ended up unlocking my spare 1800+ last night @ 3am on the second try. it definitly helps to have a multimeter to measure the resistance along the contacts to save you having to pop the cpu in to see if the unlock was sucessful.
