...darn in screwed...

Hi guys
im about to send my motherboard back to www.ebuyer.co.uk and was wondering how long it would take for them to replace it...any1 had any experience with returning a part to ebuyer or just generally returning a motherboard to an online company...ive heard about 6 weeks!!!!...this cant be right...can it??
