Fresh install of 8RDA+ and problem

just put in a 8rda+ with a new xp 2600 and new hard drive. When I put my bootable winXP disk in i get the blue screen that says press f6 if you have a 3rd party controller, then the f2 message comes to the bottom of the screen then I get this message, unexpected error(0) occured at line 1768 in D:\xpclient\base\boot\setup\arcdisp.c. Then it says hit any key to continue. If I hit a key it just reboots, Have tried a couple of winxp disk, I know are good, tried in to different cd drive, one was a burner, they have been working fine also. I put a win 98 boot disk in just to see if it would boot and it did. I have no idea, looking for help

Use optimised defaults in the bios to make sure your not overclocking.
